We take sexual and any other kind of harassment very seriously and do not tolerate harassment or discrimination in any form. Our Sexual Harassment Policy must be complied with by any person working with us.

Once alerted to an alleged harassment or misconduct claim, a meeting with our advisory is conducted to arrive at a decision about the candidate’s future work with our organisation. This is done on a case by case basis. Prior/ongoing claims or allegations, outside the purview of our institution and initiative, are also looked into by the advisory for evaluation and for a decision before the conclusion of the project/publication in question.
